This project, located at the
headwaters of the Severn
River, in the
Nantucket-On-The-Severn
project, is the 2005 Home
and Garden Decorator
Showcase House.
As is typical in all
waterfront homes, this
was a very restrictive site
and the house makes the
most of it. Views are
magnificent from all of the
rooms.
The decorators have done
a great job working with
the plan.
The dramatic stair,
elegant master bedroom,
and octagonal sunroom
and guest bedrooms give
the home a uniques
character.
Steve prides himself on
providing rear elevations
as beautiful as any front
facades. And that is critical
in all waterfront locations.
