History
From a 4.5 million dollar community center to tenant build outs, Steve
Terhune has extensive experience in a variety of large and small scale
commercial projects, working with community organizations, developers,
and end-users to achieve successful and profitable results.
After his tenure with a large architecture and engineering firm, designing
and managing a number of large-scale projects, Steve received intensive
hands-on experience in a commercial development firm crafting projects of
quality and afford ability. He worked with leasing staff, marketing those
projects to prospective tenants, understanding their needs and meeting
their needs.
He knows that the key to success in commercial developments is value-
creating projects that sell, maximizing the site, minimizing the cost, and
providing a product that is in demand by tenants, owners and end-users.
