project designer and
project architect for the
River Square
Apartments and Office
Complex during his
tenure with a major
national architectural
firm located in Arizona.
As a result of that
project's success, Steve
was recruited by the
owner/ developer, E.C.
Garcia and Company. As
a project manager for
that company where he
was responsible for as
many as five 150 + unit
apartment
developments in both
pre-construction and
construction phases.
He was responsible for
design, budgeting,
bidding, managing,
landscape design, logo
design and signage-
even coming up with the
name and decorating
models!
