A Short History of the Firm
For the past Twenty five years Steve Terhune has been
involved in a diverse array of projects, from large
institutional health-care projects to residential remodeling.
Coupled with his significant development and construction
experience, he approaches his work with a unique balance
of concern for cost and quality, providing clients with
projects which are pleasing and profitable.
The majority of his work is repeat business with clients who
appreciate his concern for their needs, and ability to get the
job done on time and in budget.
In addition, Steve Terhune was a pioneer in the Mid-Atlantic
region utilizing the most advanced computer imaging and
video techniques available. This new and exciting
technology allows him to study design alternatives, and
ultimately allow clients to "walk-thru" their project before it is
built. The images can be incredibly photorealistic.
In the development field, Steve has a proven record of
accomplishment. He has never failed to sell governmental
agencies on projects involving rezoning, historic district
approval, or other difficult challenges. He has
accomplished this record by carefully formulating strategies
that work, working with local politicians, government
staffers, and community leaders, building successful
relationships, and ultimately winning the tough battles for
his clients.
